At Lorenzo, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed in full.
